I greatly enjoyed my time at the Colorado Real Estate and Lenders Sales Summit, where I closed out the event with a talk to nearly 1,000 attendees. This event was designed to help agents, lenders and other industry participants understand the issues, changing laws, economic housing and interest rate forecasts affecting the real estate and residential lending industry in Colorado, and at the national level. In a one-hour lecture, I shared some of my personal strategies and tactics to increase business, applying a number of ideas brought forth in my book On Your Terms.
